Thanks for following along on this journey as we work to embrace change & the “unknown” in our life and set goals for the future. Below are worksheets for you to organize your thoughts and help set up goals for how you will allow change to work for you.

Take some time to reflect, think ahead, and plan. The first sheet will help you identify how change has impacted your life and what you have gained from it.

The second worksheet will help you gain control of this change as you start to establish goals because of the change you have experienced. As you will recall from the article Change; Becoming Comfortable With The Uncomfortable, accepting change as opposed to fearing it or agonizing over it, requires a mind shift. Through creating goals, you regain control of the change that has occurred in your life even if you were not in control of how the change manifested from the start.

The final page in the worksheet is a letter for you to write to yourself or someone else on how these changes and goals will become a part of your life moving forward. I will be sharing a letter soon that I am writing to my two girls for our future.
