I love mapping out goals. Partly because it makes me pause & really think; is everything I am stressing about, putting energy towards, investing my time in, part of any goals that I am striving for? What do I truly want in life? How will I get there? What am I doing today to help me get there? What am I doing today to hinder myself from getting there?
Below is a template to map out your top 5 life goals. Yep, LIFE! When you are taking your last few breaths one day what do you want to have achieved?
Take some time and really think about this. Print it out, put it somewhere you can revisit even share it with someone who can be apart of it or if you prefer keep it to yourself. Also know that as time goes on and things in your life change these may as well. Priorities might shift both unexpectedly and even expectedly, therefore making your goals shift as well.
